Always analyze your GTs after solving them. A GT that is not reviewed is equal to a GT that is not given.
Use the Alternative Subject Technique.
Quality matters more than the duration of study. Generally, studying for 8–10 hours a day is considered good.
Increase it gradually. Use the Pomodoro Technique: study for 40 minutes, take a 5-minute break, and repeat.
Your theory preparation is already good. Focus on improving your question-solving skills. Increase your daily practice questions, primarily FMGE PYQs, followed by NEET PG and INI-CET PYQs. Continue revising your notes regularly.
Revise topics systematically. Maintain a subject-wise PYT list and create a revision schedule. Select 5 topics daily and dedicate 2 hours to revising them. Change subjects weekly instead of trying to revise an entire subject at once, as it can create unnecessary anxiety.
There is no fixed number that can be considered enough. Try to revise as many times as possible, but a minimum of 3 revisions is recommended.
Try using a concise source for Medicine. If you are still unable to complete it, focus on important topics such as Cardiology, Neurology, and Pulmonology, which are not extensively covered in other subjects.
